Following an extensive recruitment and selection process, the Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund (“YERF”) announces the appointment of Mr Mandla A. Nkambule as the new the Fund Manager/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from 01st August 2022. Mr Nkambule is a Chartered Accountant (CA) complemented with a Masters’ degree in Development Finance (MdevFin) and is a Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA). Mandla is an executive with impeccable track record, strong business acumen and vision, an entrepreneurial mindset and a reputation built on +25 years’ experience in finance, investment, risk management, business development, strategy formulation and organizational re-engineering. He has worked and held numerous roles in the following organizations including World Vision, Snowy Mountain Engineering Company (SMEC), Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority, Eswatini Sugar Association, Illovo Sugar Group (Eswatini) and KPMG Eswatini.

As the CEO, Mandla is responsible for leading, supporting and sustaining the mission, vision and delivering on our strategic mandate and goals, mainly in empowering youth entrepreneurs. Mr Nkambule will provide leadership in the Fund’s transformation journey in the development of innovative initiatives, solutions and build strategic partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations.
